Dianna Apineru, Founder & President
I grew up in North Texas and now live in the Austin, TX metropolitan area. Prior to college, I had the privilege to serve as a Christian missionary in Mexico where we build preschools to educate shut in children, then as a supervisor for Thailand Refugee Relief Services in Phanat Nikhom, Thailand for a large distribution program providing clothing to many refugees from Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. While playing with the refugee children I realized I wanted to make a difference in the lives of children during their foundational years in the hope of impacting generations in a positive way with education. I then attended University of the Nations in Kailua-Kona, HI where I studied Early Childhood Education, and Montessori with a Christian curriculum, as well as Discipleship Bible Courses, and Apologetics. I used my biblical foundation and ECE to teach children for years in church and in Montessori schools, a couple of which I owned.
While raising my 3 sons I started small businesses in order to be home with them. I was the President of my Toastmaster club in Kailua-Kona, HI.
We moved to Austin, TX during 9/11 in 2001, to be closer to family. I started climbing the corporate career ladder in advertising as an Account Executive for ABC and Time Warner, then in technology as a Sales Rep for Dell, Business Analyst at the VA Financial Services Center, and a Sr. Program / Project Manager in Fortune 100 & 500 companies.
I have been a single parent for my 3 sons 20+ years and survived to talk about it! Now I continue to learn how to be a parent to adult children. I enjoyed years of coaching and mentoring several preteen and teen groups as my sons were growing up.
In 2017, I founded Best Coaching 4 Life Success LLC out of my heart for people in all stages of their lives. I started singles and single parent groups, coached groups of young children and teens in sports, then mentored groups of teens in youth groups as my sons grew up.
In 2023, I converted Best Coaching 4 Life Success into a nonprofit in hopes of helping more people make successful transitions throughout their lives. I am the Founder & President, and we have an amazing Board of Directors and Board of Advisors who have a heart to help people make Smarter Decisions 4 Better Futures!
