BC4LS Mission

Best Coaching 4 Life Success is a nonprofit that endeavors to mentor individuals, advocate for families, and transform communities, through multi-media education, strategic events, synergistic partnerships, and shared resources, by applying biblical principles in daily life.

BC4LS Focus Areas

Life Coaching Groups - focused on strengthening relationships, marriages, and families with exercises in conflict resolution and communication
Adult Education Workshops - available for parents, guardians, and educators focused on Montessori methods used to teach children preborn to 6 years old during their foundational years .
Adult and Teen Mentorship Events - with intergenerational mentorship, knowledge sharing, and providing resources to improve relationships, assist in personal and career guidance and growth
Educational Workshops for Teens - preventative education with a focus on goal setting, time management, budgeting, and career guidance

Future Goals

*Our NorthStar Goal - is building a "Family Education Center". A facility where we can serve Central Texas with life education, mentorship, advocacy, resources, and partnerships to help adults and teens to make Better Decisions 4 Better Futures. We need land and buildings for guest rooms, classrooms, kitchen, events and recreation facilities

Our Story

In 2017, Dianna Apineru founded Best Coaching 4 Life Success out of a heart to help people in all stages of their lives. She started coaching teens in her 20's in the US and abroad. She studying Early Childhood Education at University of the Nations in Kailua-Kona, HI and became a head teacher at Kona Montessori on the Big Island of HI. She started her own preschool and after becoming a single parent Dianna moved her 3 sons closer to family in Texas. She started single parent groups, coached groups of young children and teens in sports, and mentored groups of teens in youth groups as her 3 sons became teenagers. Dianna continued providing mentorship and life coaching to single parents and teens for years while she worked in Corporate America as a Sr. Program Project Manager Consultant.

In 2023, Dianna converted Best Coaching 4 Life Success LLC to a 501c3 non-profit to help more people. With a well-equipped Board of Directors and a very supportive Board of Advisors lending us their years of knowledge and expertise in their industries to help Best Coaching 4 Life Success help people make Better Decisions 4 Better Futures!

Best Coaching 4 Life Success is a 501c3 non-profit that advocates and educates adults, families, and teens with a foundation based on Biblical principles, Montessori methods for educating children, and years of experience working with families around the world to make Better Decisions 4 Better Futures.

We partner with likeminded non-profits to help provide resources to be successful through all stages of life.

Dianna Apineru,
Founder & President

I grew up in North Texas and now live in the Austin, TX metropolitan area. Prior to college in Hawaii, I had the privilege to serve as a Christian missionary in Mexico where we built preschools to educate latch-key children, and with Refugee Relief Services in Phanat Nikhom, Thailand supervising a large distribution program which providing clothing to thousands of refugees from Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. There were so many refugee children that were drawn to me it made me realize I have a calling to make a difference in the lives of children. Especially during their foundational years in the hope of impacting generations in a positive way through education.

I attended University of the Nations in Kailua-Kona, HI where I studied Early Childhood Education and Montessori methods with a Christian curriculum, as well as bible and apologetics courses. I used my ECE and biblical foundation to teach children in Sunday schools, in preschools, and in Montessori schools, two of which I owned.

I married, had three sons, and started four small businesses in order to be home with them. I was also the President of my Toastmaster club in Kailua-Kona, HI. As my sons started public school I worked as an Account Executive in a full service advertising Agency in HI.

In 2001, during 9/11, we moved to Austin, TX to be closer to family and farther from hurricanes and seclusion. I began work as a temp in an advertising agency, then as an Account Executive for ABC then for Time Warner Cable developing ad campaigns for hundreds of diverse companies advertising on 44 networks .

In 2011, I took courses to become a Project Manager and Business Analyst and began working on IT software projects to be on the cutting edge technology. I have worked on projects for Dell Technologies, Google, VA Financial Services Center, Schwab, CVS Health, ForcePoint, all branches of the US Government, and many more corporations.

I have been a single parent for my 3 sons over 25 years and have survived to talk about it! I have added the title "Grandma D" to my name as I continue to learn how to be a parent to 3 adult children.

With years of coaching and mentoring several youth, preteen and teen groups as my sons were growing up, then starting singles and single parent groups have all provide me with a collection of experiences and skills which I continue to use to help adults, families, and teens.

In 2017, I founded Best Coaching 4 Life Success LLC to help others be highly successful going through those key transitions in their lives.

In 2023, I converted Best Coaching 4 Life Success into a nonprofit in hopes of helping more adults, families, and teens make successful transitions through each challenging stage of their lives. We have an amazing Board of Directors who are educated in ECE. We have several professionals on our Advisor Board that are supportive of our mission and provide us additional with knowledge to achieve our goals.

I received a bachelor's in early childhood education at University of the Nations in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. It has been my privilege to teach, train and develop communities of leaders on six continents. There are few things that compare to seeing the joyful wonder of a child engaged in learning.

Currently, my interest is focused on anthropology and ethnobotany because I want to understand better how knowledge has been passed from one generation to another in a variety of cultures and ethnic traditions.

I am delighted to have the opportunity to spend time supporting families as a part of the Best Coaching 4 Life Success Board of Directors.

The best advertisement I ever read said, “Jesus loves the little children of the world … imagine if they all knew it!”

I am the eldest of 9 siblings. Having experienced a positive homeschool upbringing, I thought I could go into the public-school world and teach kids in a way that fostered the same positive upbringing. So, I received a bachelor's in early childhood education from Texas State University as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

I did not end up in a public-school classroom but chose instead to spend the next 5 years tutoring PreK through college ages. I have also been teaching piano lessons for over 10 years.

Besides my pursuits in education, volunteering at our local food pantry has also brought me joy for several years.

Currently, I am the Early Childhood Coordinator for the childcare for events and Sunday school programs at North Way Bible Church, in Leander, TX, where I have served over 15 years in the children and youth ministries.

I have served as the Secretary, Treasurer, and Board member for Best Coaching 4 Life Success since 2023. I record and manage board meeting minutes, assist with document reviews, and organize financials.

My top strengths include adaptability, accuracy, and empathy.
